1. Privatlivspolitik

1.1. For at du kan indgå aftale med og købe produkter af ET AL (Products by Craftsmen ApS) beder vi om følgende oplysninger: Navn, adresse, e-mail adresse, betalingsoplysninger, skostørrelse og telefonnummer.

1.2. Disse oplysninger behandler vi i forbindelse med ekspedering af dit køb, de det er nødvendigt for, at vi kan opfylde vores del af handlen.

1.3. Hvis du har bestilt levering, vil oplysningerne om dit navn, adresse, telefonnummer og e-mailadresse blive udleveret til vores fragtfirma, pt. GLS eller DAO med henblik på levering ad dit køb.

1.4.De personlige oplysninger registreres hos ET AL (Products by Craftsmen ApS) og opbevares i 5 år, hvorefter de automatisk bliver slettet.

1.5. Oplysninger afgivet til ET AL (Products by Craftsmen ApS) videregives på ingen måde videre til tredjemand - med undtagelse af hvad er nødvendigt ifm. fragt.

1.6. Persondataforordningen af EU 25.05.2018 medfører, at du som forbruger har ret til at få indsigt i hvilke data, som er registreret hos ET AL (Products by Craftsmen ApS). Endvidere har loven medført, at du har ret til at gøre indsigelse mod registreringen.

2. Behandling af personoplysninger

2.1. Hvis du har tilmeldt dig vores nyhedsbrev eller i forbindelse med køb sat kryds i boksen, der giver os tilladelse til efterfølgende at tilsende dig nyhedsbreve eller tilbud, behandler vi din e-mailadresse og oplysninger om dit køb hos os, indtil du med anmodning beder os slette dig fra vores register.

2.2. Du kan altid trække dit samtykke tilbage. Dette kan du enten gøre i linket i bunden af ethvert tilsendt nyhedsbrev eller ved at kontakte os på info@etaloriginals.com og oplyse, at du ikke længere vil modtage vores nyhedsbreve og tilbud.

2.3. Vi anvender tredjepart til håndtering og rundtsending af nyhedsmails (Klaviyo).

2.4. Uagtet hensigten med behandling behandles enhver personoplysning fortroligt og i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning, herunder persondataforordningen og databeskyttelsesloven.

2.5. Oplysninger slettes, når formålet med anvendelse ikke længere er relevant.

2.6. Vi anvender tredjeparter til behandling af dine betalingsoplysninger (YourPay) og til håndtering af dine køb (Shopify inc.).
2.7. Vi har indgået databehandleraftaler med disse databehandlere, hvilket er vores garanti for, at de overholder gældende regler om beskyttelse af dine personoplysninger.

3. Oplysning, indsigelse, ændring, dataportabilitet og sletning

Du kan altid kontakte os for at få oplyst, ændret eller slettet, personoplysninger, vi ligger inde med. Dette kan ske ved henvendelse til:

Dine oplysninger vil blive slettet senest en måned efter anmodning er fremsendt.

1. Privacy Policy
1.1. In order for you to enter an agreement with and buy products from ET AL (Products by Craftsmen ApS) please provide us the following information: name, address and telephone number.

1.2. We process this information in connection with the dispatch of your purchase, which is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the transaction. 

1.3. If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, telephone number and email address will be provided to our shipping company, GLS or DAO for delivery of your purchase.

1.4. The personal information is registered with ET AL (Products by Craftsmen ApS) and stored for 5 years, after which they are automatically deleted.

1.5 Information provided to ET AL (Products by Craftsmen ApS) is in no way disclosed to third parties - except what is necessary regarding shipping.

1.6 The Personal Data Ordinance of EU 25.05.2018 means that you as a consumer have the right to gain access to the data that is registered with ET AL (Products by Craftsmen ApS). Furthermore, the law has meant that you have the right to object to the registration.

2. Processing of personal data

2.1 If you have subscribed to our newsletter or in case of purchase ticked the box that allows us to subsequently send you newsletters or offers, we will process your email address and information about your purchase with us until you request us to delete you from our register. 

2.2 You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this either in the link at the bottom of any newsletter sent or by contacting us at info@etaloriginals.com and inform us that you no longer want to receive our newsletters or offers.

2.3 We use third parties to handle and circulate newsletters (Klaviyo).

2.4 Regardless of the intent of processing, any personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with current law, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act law. 

2.5 Information is deleted when the purpose of use is no longer relevant.

2.6 We use third parties to process your payment information (YourPay) and to handle your purchases (Shopify inc.)

2.7 We have entered into data processing agreements with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with current rules regarding the protection of your personal data. 

3. Disclosure, objection, change, data portability and deletion

You can always contact us to obtain, change or delete personal information we hold. This can be done by contacting:

Your information will be deleted within one month of the request being submitted.
